In our One-on-One and Small-Group sessions we offer a customized private practice tailored to each student's individual needs. Every session is designed to match your level of your practice. Private One-on-One sessions can be a great way for beginners to learn the principles rather than follow a guided practice in a large class room where you might not get the full attention of the instructor. Private sessions are also perfect for more experienced students who want to deepen their own practice and reach a higher level of expertize. One-on-Ones are also great for people who want to develop their own unguided home practice. Privates are excellent especially for older people who don't feel comfortable enough in a larger yoga studio setting but who want to improve on strength and flexibility.
